My grandfather has just passed away. What is my right as granddaughter to actually see the will? How should I proceed if my aunt won't let me actually see it?

thank you.

Assuming the aunt has the will, she is required to present it to the probate court. Check there first to see if anything has been filed. If so it is public record and they will send you a copy for a small fee.

If nothing has been filed and it is past the time limit to produce the will, you or another relative can start probate and request to be named the PR.
