Two parents agree not to follow the court ordered visitation on a certain week due to pre-arranged events and there is an email or something in writing that says both have agreed to this deviation.
My question:
If for some reason, one parents throws a fit and all of a sudden wants her child back and threatens to call the police, will the other parent have to drop everything and relinquish the child and end his visitation?
