My fiance works for a small restaurant and they hired her on expected sales(i'm assuming)
a couple of months later we tried cashing checks and they were on hold due to insufficient funds. It got so bad that our bank account was closed because one of they're checks bounced. Now we owe the bank!! On top of that that stopped giving her hours (completely off the schedule) and they have been taking three and four days at a time to cash the checks at the restaurant. We are starving and soon to be in debt, CAN WE SUE??
