owner finance question

"susie" wants me to owner finance her my home in texas, she is still married but wants only her name on all paperwork, as they are seperated but not legally ... is this legal and as long as she is legally married could any liens against her husband as long as loan is in affect be attatched to property?

I don't understand the question since I'm not sure I understand all the facts here. If something is tugging at you that there is a little finagling going on then you may want to look into the repercussions of the actions.
