Hi, I received form from unemployment office stating my claim is pending. They also stated my $ amount once claim is approved.

I see they have determined my claim $ amount from previous employers not from the employer who fired me.

The $ amount I made from employer who fired me was 3 times more a week then I made from previous employers. I guess my ? is why do they not go by the $ amount earned by me from employer who fired me, why are they not responsible for the claim? This seems unfair to me and also to a former employer who treated me well.

Thank you in advance.

It's not a question of who fired you. It's a question of what you earned during the relevant period. UI benefits are not based on a single employer, but on all wages earned in the state's look-back period, whatever it is.
