My Children were taken by the state in 2013 i was hauled away in cuffs and questioned and later released after 2 hrs for the allegations of abuse and neglect to my children. I recueved a letter from the states attorneys office stating that no charges were being brought up against me were they still suppose to hold my children in custody and make me do a case plan
