I am sorry but I just need to vent about a legal frustration I am dealing with.
I fell like the system is broken. I am being sued and don't understand many of the documents that are being sent to me by the plaintiff's law firm. I understand that it is strongly suggested that I get a lawyer to interpret this for me. Except that the only lawyer specializing in consumer credit in my area says he doesn't want to take the case.
So, I am being sued and I can't get a lawyer. Basically I am just supposed to bend over and take this no matter how wrong I think it is because I don't know how to defend myself and stay within the courts rules...
