What is the proper procedure for serving a writ of exection and siezing a persons only vehicle after an exemption with courts has been made and the jndividual is recieving public assistance

Don't get excited, this is even harder than obtaining the judgment.

Judgment creditors are asked to read Minnesota Statutes Chapter 550 for more information, particularly related to exemptions to levy and the statutorily-required forms to be used in conjunction with a levy.

Please consult an attorney if you have legal questions.

Better than that, I often suggest people to let it go, especially if you're chasing a deadbeat.

They have nothing, and chasing them only costs YOU more money!

However, most county courts offer advice. You can search the 'net for information on how it works in your county.

Oh yeah, if you try these tactics, get ready to spend MORE money.
