my daughter just left with her dad we have no papers on who gets the kids and now he said he is not bringing her home the only paper he has is from about 2wks ago when he had the kids now i have them not him only on the weekends what can i do if anything please help!!!!!

who has custody? do you have joint custody? if so what are the guidelines.

were you 2 ever married? If not has paternity been established?

He might have the exact same rights as you do. It is highly recommended you go to court an file for custody ASAP (before he does). So that you have something legal on paper. Until a court says otherwise either of you have rights to the kids.
