this has been going on for the past year my husband has to pay child support on a kid thats not his we dont understand how to this and where to go from here we are in ny n she is nj we havent got a court letter to appear but out of the blue we got a letter that he owes money for child support im so tired of this are we suppose to call child support office or get a court date im not even sure where to start we barely make enough on our own is there a way to take her to court to prove he isnt the father so they dont take anymore money plz any advice will be great thank you
