I lived with my fiance in his house, I paid the mortgage on this house every other month to the tune $4200/month, totaling $63,000 over the course of the two years. The house was in his name, only. He passed away. His family has sold this house and he died intestate. I filed a claim that was rejected. I believe I had an interest in the house since I made the payments on the mortgage. Do I have rights to his estate, in order to recoup my interest in this property?

Nope. Sorry. You do not. You essentially paid rent for 2 years. You have no claim to the property. I'm sorry your fiancé died, but fiancé is not a legal term, and it does not hold any legal significance. Had your fiancé had a will, he could have opted to leave you part of his estate, just as he could have done so for anyone else. Intestate laws only account for legal relatives, not close friends, roommates, fiancés, or other individuals.
