My wife's Ex husband and father of her 11 yr old son is refusing to provide his 'new/alternative' address where he takes her son on his alternate w/e visits. He is still in the state (Georgia) but is in another county now. My wife is concerned generally about his behaviour but more so in case of emergency... she has no land line number only his mobile (Which has no message facility activated) and no address - My question is: Is she within her rights to refuse his access (She is primary carer) until he provides the new address?
