I have been working for this employer for 18yrs , and recently I was told
That I was going to be evaluated for consideration of a raise , that I had
Asked for , and in doing so, I would have to start clocking in and out on
A time clock , which I not been required to do in the past , and in edition
To that , I would have to start writing down hour per hour the accounts of
My day and to turn this in at the end of every work day or else be it would
Be considered being insubordinate , and that I would be doing this for the
Remainder of my employment, all of this occurred from me asking for a
Raise , and I know for a fact that none of this , is required of other employee
That work for this property management . Please help me ! understand what
Is happening to me Thank you for your consideration in this matter

All employees don't have to do the same things.
Nothing is happening to you, actually it is helping to you.
You are creating a record of your daily activities.
By clocking in and out, no can dispute how long you worked.
By keeping a record of your daily activities, no client can say you didn't help them, contact them, or dispute your accurate log of your activities.

If you do something for Mr. Jones starting at 10:00 AM, and ending at 10:45AM, you have a record to prove it.

This helps you and your employer.
I suggest you do what you have been directed to do, or something may happen to you that could be more unpleasant.

I've been a lawyer for many years.
I run my own law practice, and I maintain a log of every contact I make for every minute of my day.
The lawyers who work for me are required to do the same.
It supports our ability to bill our clients properly.
I also own a ranch, and I require my ranch hands to keep track of what they do each day, including the time they start an activity, and the time they finish.

Your employer is doing what's best for you and the business.

Based just on what you posted, I don't see where the employer is doing anything illegal by requiring this.

It isn't illegal. If you are asking for more money for what you do, it seems your employer wants to know why it is justified and what you are doing with your time.
