My spouse is enrolled in a certificate program accredited with a professional organization thru a local hospital. A 'preliminary evaluation' a few months back reflected an acceptable rating BUT indicated a perception by instructor that hearing was bad due to age - which it isn't. Spouse is over 40. No confrontation from that event. Mysteriously the 'final evaluation' was adjusted downward to a lower rating. Things went downhill from there in a retaliatory effort when changing to another instructor. Have appropriate copies of documents and other documentation with errors in discipline action taken. Which area of law should be consulted?
