Hello,

I am being told that my Ex lawyers want to have a child support Deposition taken from me?
My Ex makes over $250,000 or more a year and I only receive $30,000.
What could they want to ask me? Or is this a way for my Ex to get out of child support?

Are Minor's Counsel involved in Child Support matters??
Child Support has not been increased for ten years because it being continued and continued for many weird legal reason?

Now I heard my children's Minor's Counsel wants to be at the Deposition of the child support Deposition?

It took me 3 years to get a divorce and I had to go through a ton of depositions, paying court reporters, lawyers, etc. Deposing is a way of running up legal bills in my opinion -- but they also are a way for lawyers to gather evidence and posture against each other. Your lawyer has to be with you -- and your lawyer will want a copy of the proceeding -- all of which you will have to pay.

Why does your kid have a lawyer? Child support goes to the custodial parent. Who pays the kid's lawyer?
