contributing to the delinquency of a minor

my 7 year old daughter got into a fight with and 11 year old boy at the bus stop. i cant see the bus stop from my apartment, but it is close enough that all the children walk home. i just found out that i have been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor because of the fight. how can they do that?

thats pretty much it -which is why i am so confused. neither child was hurt. she said he pushed her, and she tackled him. i made her appologize.

So you are saying you were not at the bus stop when the fight occured or directly after?
