Me and my fiance just recently found out that his ex has a one-year-old. She claims it is his, although he never knew about it and if he had, I know it's sounds bad, but they wouldn't have went through with the pregnancy. Obviously if tests prove that the child is his, he will be obligated to pay child support. My question, is there any way around it, and will we have to pay her more because we will be married, or does the percentage only come from his income?

The percentage only comes from his income.
There's really no way around paying child support if the child turns out to be his.

Obviously paternity will have to be established, then child support will be determined. He also is entitiled to visitation.

How could he not know about thuis? How do you know they would have not gone through with it? It is her choice, he has no control over the matter.

Regardless if the child is his and she asks for support or gov't assistance, he will have to pay.
