Hello,

My question is:
My Ex is going to pay Child Support and we live in California!
There are two minor children.
My Ex has one child for 11 days a month.
The second child they have for 5 days a month.
What percentage does the child have a month with my ex?
How is Child Support Calculated?
My Ex is being estimated income at $110,000 a year.
I have $30,000 a year.

Thanks for all the help.

In California my Ex has a total for NET disposable income about $9,000 a month.
They have deductions for child support; like their primary property taxes, insurance and so on.
Can they deduct also loss of monies from their three income properties they have?
Can they deduct their monthly medical plan payments? Not Co-Payment monies?

Sorry I asking these questions but I think my children are being cheated out of child support monies.
