Child Support paid

For 2 Years one of my children has lived with me. I currently pay child support to the mother based on both my children living with her. This past year it was agreed that she would return 50% of the monies paid. As I am supporting and raising one child as is she I think there should be no child support paid. She is employed and actually earns more money than I do. Am I wrong about this?

You are probably correct but you need to file for a decrease in child support or to stop it. You need to google your states guidelines to see what you should be paying but yes you can ask for CS to stop.

I would definetly file a motion to terminate child support based on those facts.
I think the courts will find it to be fair, if anything they will give you a large reduction.
