The Judge has ordered that both him and her have a drug test done with the hair. Who does this type of test ? A neutral place of their own doctors. How far back can testing with the hair show possible use of drugs? Him and his lawyer claim he has been drug free since two years before my daughter met him, but she has actually witnessed him using drugs, my oldest daughter has and I also found a silver type cylinder on his key chain with white powder residue in it. My daughter said he is very good at rigging drug tests so he can pass them – is there anyway he can rig a hair follicle test? He does have a buzz cut.
Also in a couple of months the Judge ordered a trial. What happens at a trial (it is not a divorce case, just custody, visitation and support). Do they bring in witnesses or is it just him and her.
