InOakland, Ca, landlords attempted to evict me with false accusations, then dissmissed without prejudice. 1st was for nonpayment of rent, I paid through autopay from my bank. His agents cashed it so he ran to the courthouse to dismiss.
2nd Unlawful Detainer was defective in forms used and false accusations. No cause of action, unjust.. I was served and had a settlement conference, my defenses were the truth, in that he breached contract for warranty of hability and retaliatory acts for my filed complaints with DFEH. They dissmissed case without prejudice in front of the judge. I wAnt present. I'm tired of being abused, Harrassment, discrimination. Damage is irreparable, my health, finances, time, my childrens well-being,etc....Can I sue for damages?

I thought I saw this question already answered. You can sue for both causes of action. However if you want to sue for discrimination you may want to speak to an attorney. Those are the types of lawsuits that demand more expertise.
