Is it legal or ethical for an attorney to file appeal so he can get board certified? I asked the question before, but someone answered that it was hearsay. Now it's not hearsay. Can a grievance be filed against him? This is costing my daughter money. Is it fair for the opposing attorney to file this appeal and use my daughter to move ahead up in this world? Is there an ethical code of conduct? Please please help!
