Overstay, Illegal Status Can a mother's conviction oversea affect a child's international student status?

Straight to the point, my mother is an international businesswoman, she delt with someone in Vietnam, with a daughter that is an international student in the US. My mother prosecuted the mother of that girl and is now convicted for committing fraud on a $150K deal. I don't want that trash of a human being living on the same continent as I do. Is her mother's conviction has any affect on her? Or is there anything I can do to make it stick to her and deport her scandalous *** back to Vietnam. Thanks first for any advice at all.

It sounds like you have a personal problem to me. No, you can't use her mother's conviction to carry out your personal vendetta.
