bonding out option? out of state?

I have 2 charges in Idaho and I am in Oregon. One is for contempt of court, and there is a bonding out option of 132 dollars. The other is for a failure to appear and there is no option to bond out on that one. It is also a fine of 3000 dollars. Is there a way to clear it up from Oregon? They are both charges from 2002. Misdemeanor. How much money would it cost me to retain counsel from my state or should I retain it from the state of the offenses. Any comments would be helpful.
