Attorney threats-California

I am threatened by my ex's attorney that if I do not take a picture of my daughter and me sitting together off of a website that he will take me to court and that it is wrong to put her picture on the internet. In the picture my daughter is looking down and you cannot make out her face. Please advise. Dave

This is absurd.... that is your child too.... as long as it is not an inappropriate site, you have the right to post a G-rated pic of your daughter on a G-rated website.
