You mean an investigator? He should not contact you after you have hired an attorney. If he does direct him to your attorney right after he says, "hello."
 
There is some case law that suggests an investigator can try to question you (once) after you have gotten an attorney so long as you have been re-mirandized. Usually they are just hoping that you will talk anyway, either out of a case of conscience or whatever. As the above poster said, just direct them to your attorney and they shouldn't bother you anymore.
