I had tenants that didn't pay rent because my guest room was not legal to rent, they finally left and said they had pictures of clogged drains and bad conditions they lived in. I was going to fix the problems but they were never home. can they sue me for this?
I was backing out of a freeway on ramp that was at a stop and lapd gave me a ticket for driving the wrong way on a one way. The letter in the mail to pay for the ticket has my drivers license wrong an my cars license plates wrong. Can I fight this or should i just pay it?
