Name and Shame

Would I be doing wrong if I named a father of two who has not paid maintenance for his two children from two different women. He is working but is being paid cash in hand all the time.

Wrong is a value judgment.
I don't offer value judgments.
However, naming and shaming can cause one to get physically harmed.
If you value YOUR body parts, enjoy looking pretty as a picture, and want to avoid being dragged into criminal court and being badgered by the guy in horse hair wig; you'd best mind your own business.
