Apple reviewers violating Antitrust Laws – help needed

We believe that Apple app reviewers are in violation of the Antitrust Laws by rejecting our app without a meaningful logical reason and at the same having in the App store many similar apps that are in fact bridging their App Review Guidelines containing exact same words and functionality for which our app was rejected. Thus giving advantage to our competitors and depriving the users from access to a better and cost effective application.

We are too small to fight with Apple. All we want is our app approved for the app store for the benefit of all users.

What would you suggest as our best approach to win our case?

Thank you for your advice.

We know that we can file an appeal, but it is unlikely that a big corporation will admit they are wrong.
App reviews and correspondence are published on our website for reference

Thank you for your time and support.

Stan - you're far from alone in having a problem with App Store reviews. You will have a very difficult and expensive case if you wish to bring a lawsuit against Apple Computers. I don't know how you can claim that their allegedly negligent or unfair reviews is in violation of Antitrust Law. You'd have a very difficult time proving this and I don't think that this is the purpose of the statute either. There are other causes of action more suitable but I cannot think of any attorney that will be willing to take this case on without a retainer and be paid by the hour. Your best bet is to speak to the folks on Apple forums and hear about how they dealt with the problems. We've got an app in the app store too (The Law Dictionary iOS App - check it out.) We've been where you are before and had to deal with resubmissions. Good luck.
