I have been caring for my children with very little help from there father. I have been letting him see the kids 2 days out of the week. But now i think he may be trying to get full custody of the kids. Since there is no court order do I have to let him see the kids.
 
If he is their legal father (born while you were married), then he has as much right to see them as you do. You cannot prohibit it, since you both have legal custody.

Has anyone filed for divorce?
