ankle sprain -return to work but still have lump and pain

i live in texas and work for the electric company .in july 2007 i twisted my ankle while on the joband reported to employer and continue working until in sept. i develope a lump on the side of the ankle and alot of pain .i went to the doctor and had x-rays done and also an mri .mri showed that my tendons were very swollen.i was off for 3 weeks and return to work in oct.when i return to work i still again i started to developed the lump and pain.returned to doctor who send me to a specialist and was off all nov. dec and part of jan.2008.in jan.2 2008 specilaist released me and on jan23 2008 primary doctor released me because he said that he could no longer do anything for me and that the lump (swelling)and the pain were going to continue on and off just to take the medication and rest the ankle.all the time i was under workmens compensation . i returned to work on jan23 and i have been in pain and with swelling because i have to wear boots and my job consists of more the 8 hours of walking also climbing poles and alot of kneeling down. my question is am i still entitled to workmens comp. even if i returned to work.?what can i do if i am going to have the swelling and pain till ows when.thank you .please help very confused
