Landlord taking sides

I moved into a new apartment complex in late June and I am having the same problem as my old apartment complex. Management will not help me when it comes to the neighbors and their loud music. I can't afford to move again. I have sensative hearing and the bass is outrageous. Management told me to not call the police because I can not prove the neighbor is playing this even though my friends and family have heard it. When calling the police, only certain cops hear it but the neighbor claims its not her and I'm harrassing her. I tried recording it but it won't pick up the bass. What else can I do? This girl has a rebellious household and management thinks I'm picking on her.

If only certain cops who respond to your calls state they hear this, perhaps it's not really being played all that loudly.
