I am in some desprate need of some advice. I am currently filling in for a worker delivering mail. I was given a parcil to deliver to the local bank. The parcel was delivered and handed personally by me to the manager. One week later I received a call from several people, being told that the parcel was not received. I am only 22 years of age and I have never had to deal with an inncident like this before im not exactly sure what to do! I have been told that the bank is equipt with video surveillance? If so would there be any way that it can be requested that the video's be checked? I am at a loss ??
