I am on probation and my ex-wife is a juvenile probation officer. Her "partner" has falsely accused me of assault with a deadly weapon (my car) in front of their home. Both of these women work for the county legal system. A warrant has been issued for my arrest. What are the chances of my being wrongfully convicted? I am afraid that my ex will lie and say she saw me try to run her partner over. However, my 13 year-old son said that my ex was sitting on the couch next to him and our 14 year-old daughter when the alleged event took place. My son said he heard my ex's partner yelling F*** You F*** You, and then my ex got up and shut the front door. Maybe I am jumping the gun, but I am assuming that I will have to turn myself in and post bail, but what then? This is not the first time that the two of them have tried to bait me into getting into trouble. Is there a way to avoid having to post bail and get this dropped before I get arrested?
