:no:I was arrested on a warrant that was issued for non compliance of my sentencingwich was work crew the warrant was issued on oct. 5th 2007 i started work crew
on sep. 12th 2007 and completed on oct. 17th 2007 so the warrant was issued
while i was still doing work crew i was jailed and when i went to my arrainment
the judge told me well we'll leave it up to the jail to figure out how many days
you actually did of work crew when i know she could have called a short recess
phoned probation across the street and found that i was telling the truth but
she decided my release day to be nov. 14th 2007 i was arrested on oct. 25th 2007
my boyfriend ended up having to go to the probation get the paperwork bring it
to my public pretender i mean defender and she then brought it in front of a
judge who declined to sign it so she went to another and he signed it and i was
released at 8:45 p.m. on oct. 31st 2007 i filed a complaint and received a call
from pierce county and they offered to give me a thousand dollars any way it
gets deeper i just want to know what kind of attorney do i need and i also was
just wanting to hear others thoughts of the whole sitiuation
