Does my husband have a claim for wrongful firing?
He got a good employee evaluation, was new to the job this was 2 months in, one month later, told, "you are too slow" and not keeping to the deadlines, then a few weeks fired.
His co-workers would change the deadlines without telling him and co-workers would keep projects on their desks and not inform others of changes in the projects or new deadlines. For instance one co-worker would say project is due at 4:00 when it was really due at noon. His boss never checked any of this out or dealt with it.
{sabotage of new employees?}
Whats your take on this?
