Unlawful Eviction wrongful eviction

My landlord is kicking me out without in eviction notice or a pay rent are quite notice my landlord is changing the locks on the place on Sep-2-2013 how do I go about sueing

This is something you could handle in small claims court if you want to sue. Just go to the local courthouse and they can give you what you need and explain procedure.

That said, if the landlord forces you out and changes locks you still are not required to leave. Be proactive and notify your local law enforcement before it happens. They may persuade the landlord to lawfully evict you, and having prior knowledge of what it's happening the police are less likely to make you leave during a dispute.
If the landlord does change locks you can still legally force entry to get back in. It is your home until you are legally removed and it is not illegal to break into your own home. It isn't any different than if you locked yourself out. The writing its on the wall though.... find a new place to live as soon as possible.
