I have been with the company for almost 3 years. I have never recieved any complaints , in fact , only praise. As manager I was asked to mover to another location and I refused and then consequently stepped down to supervisor. Now after about 2 months in that position, I have found out secretely that I will most likely be terminated by the end of the week. They may be offering a severence pay of 2 weeks. I would still like to sue for wrongful dismissal. If I quit first, I won't be able to get unemployment ins. Question: If I accept the severence will I be able to still sue?

Do you even know what wrongful termination is? Its termination that violates law cba or, employment contract! Which is it in your case?
