Wrong posted speed and violation speed

Received a speeding ticket on which the officer indicated the posted speed as 52 mph and the violation speed as 35 mph. The officer also did not sign the citation. Is there any grounds here for a dismissal of the citation based on the above. Just wondering if anyone has run into that before. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Mistakes and omissions are made every day.
When the mistakes and errors get before the judge, an eagle eyed prosecutor takes leave to amend the errors and correct them.
Such changes are routine, and judges allow such amendments to be made.
Bottom line, those mistakes won't allow anyone in receipt of such a citation to wiggle off the hook.

If traffic school is available to you, seek it.
Traffic school works to keep the citation off your record.

You might also wish to investigate if DEFERRED ADJUDICATION or DEFERRED DISPOSITION is possible.
Depending on what its called in ID, it works, too!!!
