Posted a few questions & thanks for the advice. Heres a good one. Creditor applied for a general Writ where the Sheriff came to my house and took non-except items at HIS discretion. The problem. Im not married & have a room mate. The house is his. They took my romm mates stuff. My room mate is totally off the wall because of this & I cant blame him. He should be able to Sue the Sheriff or something about this. Correct? What legal action can he take? Its ridiculous that he is pulled into this. Myself, I have no car, home, job or any assets. Just a pension. Pretty much have nothing of worth to take care of this debt.
