My previous boss is a real estate broker who did not pay my commission. I sue and I won. I have a judgement against him. I found out he has real estate deal as seller' s broker in escrow and would be paid commission once the house will be sold. I submit a write of execution to escrow on last Friday because the deal was supposed to record on Monday. The escrow did not collect the money because they said it was valid only 24 hours and on Friday the deal was not closed even though there were some money in escrow so they paid him his commission on Monday and did not get me anything.
