Im 30 A stay at home mom and fulltime college student. I rarely drink more than one beer. My husband had a interview in Chico, so We left our kids at my parents house and stayed at a friends house. I proceeded to have way to many beers, worst mistake EVER!!!!! I felt like hanging out since I am rarely if every childfree.
I was trashed, blacked out. Came to at jail. I have NEVER been in trouble. I was charged with Public Intoxication and Obstructs/resists police officer.
The DA is just charging me with Public Intoxication thank GOODNESS!
I live in Humboldt the offense was in Tehama. What can I expect?
