Worms...

I was eating one of those microwaveable bowls of Campbell soup during my break at work. Suddenly I bit down and something went, "CRUNCH." Knowing that nothing in my soup should go "CRUNCH," I spat the thing back onto the spoon (luckily I didn't bite down too hard, so that everything was intact and not swallowed) and got the chills. I thought that it might have been an over-cooked greenbean, but I doubted it so I went to some of my co-workers. "Is this a bug?" I said. One of the pharmacists replied, "...yeah," and another said, "It's a mealworm." I more closely examined it and saw hairs. Now, the ends of the worm were cut off (not from me biting it), so it seems like carelessness as opposed to the thing somehow forming inside of the product. I'm guessing it got chopped up and stewed with everything else. Needless to say, I will never again eat anything marked as "Campbell," nor will it be easy for me to ever eat a can of soup again. What should/can I do about this? Thanks in advance...
