I have been working with Wells Fargo since May for a loan modification. They told me to pay $3100.00 turn in the proper documents and they will do a loan mod.
I paid $3200.00 and turned in the proper documentation of which was confirmed.
They never stopped the Foreclosure, can they legally do this?
