Wondering about the withhold of adjudication Criminal Records, Expungement

    Hey how can I find out if I actually got the withhold of adjudication when I got sentenced for my charge almost 11 years ago

    You find out from the court.

    Hard to believe how many people deal with the criminal justice system and have NO idea how their cases got finalized.

    Withholding adjudication isn't akin to a pardon.
    Your criminal record is no longer unstained.

    I suggest you ask your lawyer for clarification.

    i have adjudication of guilt withheld. can someone explain that further

    Search this site, lots of threads about deferred adjudication, adjudication withheld, or ask your lawyer.

    Generally, it means you stay out of more trouble for a specified number of months or years, the original charge gets dismissed.
