Parole, Probation withheld adjudication??? plz help

Ya so ok withheld adjudication simply means judgment withheld till after probation the question I have is I have paperwork that says case dismissed so all charges were dismissed airgo no conviction right? So dose the military have the right to deny me a change to serve

Yes, because that adjudication withheld doesn't mean the same thing to government agencies. The military also looks at arrests.

You can ask the recruiter about obtaining a waiver. Those come through the pentagon, and take 3-4 months to be decided.
