I am wondering if there is any Federal laws regulating wireless companies regarding collection calls using SMS (text message).
One wireless company continued to contact my wife almost every five minutes to remind her about her payment. That drove my wife crazy.
We are not behind on the payment. I called the wireless company customer service reps three times, requesting them to stop contacting us via SMS. I told them we are aware of it, already made the payment. They said they can not able to turn that feature.
