My Father left my younger stepbrother as executor of his will/trust. I don't know which it is. My older Stepbrother says it is a trust. I did not get a copy. The Stepbrother that is the executor took alot of money from my Dad and his Mother when they were too sick to do anything about it. He was mad that I got a portion of my inheritance. Now he won't take papers for the release of the rest of my inheritance. What can I do to remove him as executor?

You know what you have to do, HIRE a lawyer, and hope he/she can stop the financial fleecing.
