About 15 years ago, my wife and I had a will prepared. Since then we have divorced. We have 3 teenage children. She had another will prepared after our divorce but I have not; however, I am planning to do so soon.
My question is: Do we need to do something official to cancel out the will we prepared 15 years ago, or do our new wills automatically cancel out the first will.
