I had a DUI conviction in Ohio in 2003 or 2004. It was my first and only coviction or charge of Any Kind. I have not had anything since either. Will this show up in a background or criminal check from a potential employer right now in Arizona? And if it does show up, does this typically disqualify me from consideration of being hired with a big company?

Yes, that DUI conviction is public record.
Almost anyone can view it.
I know the agencies that employers use can discover that conviction.
Heck, your automobile insurer has access to it!
Apartment complexes can choose to refuse to rent to you if they discover such a conviction!!!

The conviction MIGHT show up. It depends how thorough the background investigation is.
